This Quality Policy applies to all Experimentica personnel, as well as to external partners, contractors, and suppliers whose activities may impact research integrity or compliance. Quality is integral to Experimentica’s mission to combine scientific expertise, advanced technologies, and AI-driven analytics in preclinical research. Our quality culture is built on scientific excellence, qualified personnel, standardized yet flexible processes, and transparent collaboration with customers to deliver robust and decision-ready data.

Independent Quality Assurance ensures objective oversight across study planning, execution, documentation, and reporting. Data integrity is safeguarded through accurate, complete, and timely documentation, secure data management practices, audit trails, and long-term archiving. All activities comply with applicable national and international regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Quality risks are proactively identified and managed throughout the research lifecycle. Continuous improvement is driven through training, internal audits, management reviews, corrective and preventive actions, and responsible adoption of new technologies.
