The concept of Experimentica Ltd. is to bridge a gap between the development of novel in vitroex vivo and in vivo ocular models and their use in developing clinical applications as well as to draw upon academic knowledge in a contract based organization.

Our management team combines years’ of experience in ophthalmic and neurological indications.

Prior to joining Experimentica Ltd., our team has held faculty positions in academia and leadership positions in the life sciences industry.

Dr. Cerrada-Gimenez obtained his PhD in Biotechnology from the A.I. Virtanen Institute at the University of Eastern Finland in 2011. Shortly thereafter, Marc joined Charles River Discovery Services (Kuopio, Finland), where he led the Biomarker and in vitro team designing and leading multiple projects, which aimed at studying various neurodegenerative indications.

Dr. Ragauskas holds a Ph.D. degree in Biology from Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. He joined the Experimentica team as a project researcher in 2013, where he gained experience in conducting in vivo preclinical studies for a large number of disease indications. In 2018, Dr. Ragauskas was appointed as Director of In Vivo Pharmacology at Experimentica UAB, Lithuania.
