Dovile Litvinavičiūtė

D. Litvinavičiūtė holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Vilnius University, Lithuania. She joined the Experimentica team in 2021 as a Senior Scientist, responsible for R&D project development and the expansion of molecular biology laboratories and services. In 2022, she assumed leadership of the histology laboratory and personnel as Head of Histology and Molecular Biology. In May 2025, she was appointed Associate Director of Molecular Biology and Histology at Experimentica’s Vilnius site in Lithuania.

Inesa Lelytė

Inesa Lelytė

Dr. Lelytė holds a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Birmingham, UK. She joined the Experimentica team in 2018 as a scientist, gaining experience in preclinical in vivo studies modeling a range of ocular diseases. In May 2025, she was appointed as an Associate Director of In Vivo Pharmacology at Experimentica’s Vilnius site in Lithuania.

Artem Shatillo

Artem Shatillo

Dr. Artem Shatillo has a multidisciplinary background, holding a Medical Doctor degree in Psychiatry (2005), software development training (2006), and doctoral training in Imaging and Neurobiology from the University of Eastern Finland (2009-2015).

Giedrius Kalesnykas

Giedrius Kalesnykas

Dr. Kalesnykas earned his Ph.D. in Neuroscience in 2005 from the University of Kuopio and completed several postdoctoral fellowships studying the pathophysiology of glaucoma and ocular gene therapy. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Experimental Ophthalmology at University of Tampere, Finland.

Maria Vähätupa

Maria Vähätupa

Dr. Vähätupa holds a Ph.D. degree in Biomedicine from Tampere University, Finland. She joined Experimentica Ltd. as a project researcher in angiogenesis-related studies in 2015. In 2019, Dr. Vähätupa took a role of in vivo team project coordinator and senior scientist. In September 2020, she was appointed as Director of In Vivo Pharmacology at Kuopio site, Finland.

Symantas Ragauskas

Symantas Ragauskas

Dr. Ragauskas holds a Ph.D. degree in Biology from Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. He joined the Experimentica team as a project researcher in 2013, where he gained experience in conducting in vivo preclinical studies for a large number of disease indications. In 2018, Dr. Ragauskas was appointed as Director of In Vivo Pharmacology at Experimentica UAB, Lithuania.
