Immunohistochemistry
We offer a wide range of single and multiplex immunofluorescence labeling using diverse protein markers, cellular and network pathway markers, and various molecular targets. These techniques enable deeper insights into disease pathogenesis and the molecular expression of therapeutic targets. We also provide custom-tailored immunofluorescence labeling and quantification. For imaging we use Leica THUNDER imaging systems (Leica Microsystem GmbHs) and Leica’s computational clearing and deconvolution to remove out-of-focus blur to obtain high quality images. For unbiased quantification we offer stereology (Stereo Investigator, MBF Bioscience) to provide reliable estimates of cell populations in a sample.
In addition, we offer in situ hybridization applications for locating specific nucleic acid targets on histological sections.
